Step 1 — Online application & résumé
Complete the form and upload your résumé/CV in English (PDF or shareable link).

Step 2 — Initial interview in English (US Work Experience)
If your profile qualifies, we’ll schedule an English interview with our team.

Step 3 — One-way video screening
Pre-selected candidates will receive an email link to complete a one-way video screening.

Step 4 — Interview with the U.S. program
Successful candidates will interview with a program representative (U.S. partner company), in person or virtually.

Step 5 — Presentation to employers
Successful candidates’ résumés are shared with multiple employers.
Employers decide whom they wish to interview.

Step 6 — Background check & medical evaluation
During the process (or upon selection) you must complete an electronic criminal background check.
If selected, you will undergo a full medical evaluation, organized and covered by our authorized U.S. partner (per program policy).

Step 7 — H-2B visa processing
Our authorized U.S. partner will assist you throughout the H-2B visa application.

Step 8 — Travel to the United States
Once your H-2B visa is issued, you will travel to the U.S. to begin at your assigned club.

Important Notices

• US Work Experience is not the employer nor a government authority. Final hiring is decided by each club, and visa approval depends on the relevant government authorities.

• Final conditions (dates, wages, benefits, housing) are confirmed in the employer’s offer and/or official program documentation.
