CODE OF ETHICS

1. Ethics & Professional Conduct

  • Compliance with U.S. law (federal/state/local). Not permitted: alcohol consumption by anyone under 21, trespassing on private property, theft of public/private property, or providing false information to government agencies.

  • Compliance with employer policies. Examples: damaging property (e.g., golf carts), taking/using employer property without authorization (food, phones/Internet), or drinking alcohol while on duty.

  • Supplemental in nature & personal responsibility. This code does not list every situation. Your behavior and physical well-being are your responsibility. If you are arrested, the employer does not act as your legal guardian.

2. Código de Vestimenta y Presentación Personal

  • Basic clothing/packing: Pack for about two weeks. Bring professional attire for orientation

    • Women: dress or skirt suit.

    • Men: dress pants and collared shirt (tie optional).

    • Jeans are not worn at work.

  • Uniform & footwear: Some clubs provide uniforms—keep them immaculate and return them in good condition. You provide your shoes: black, polishable, non-slip. Exact details will be provided at orientation.

  • On property—even off duty: Avoid cut-offs, tank tops, flip-flops, and swimwear. Your appearance on property should be consistent with how you presented yourself at the interview.

  • Hygiene & grooming: Deodorant required; clothing clean and pressed. No caps or headscarves unless part of the uniform. Visible tattoos and piercings are not permitted.

  • Women: Neutral makeup; short nails with conservative polish; conservative hairstyle in a natural color; no perfume in food areas.

  • Men: Short nails; no cosmetics; no beard or goatee; short mustache only; clean-shaven daily; conservative hairstyle in a natural color; no braids/dreadlocks; no cologne in food areas
