Culinary

Line Cooks
Prepare dishes across different kitchen stations (hot, cold, sushi, pastry).

Dishwashers
Wash dishes, silverware, pots, and utensils; help keep the kitchen and work areas clean and organized.

Food & Beverage

Server Assistant
Support with table set-up/clean-up, food running, and basic guest service.

Servers
Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure high-quality service for members and guests.

Banquet Servers
Provide food and beverage service at special events (weddings, parties, receptions), including set-up and breakdown.

Banquet Set-Up
Prepare event rooms according to plans: arrange tables, chairs, and utensils; handle event set-up logistics.

Senior Servers
Oversee and support service teams to ensure efficient operations and member satisfaction.

Server Captains
Coordinate service teams, supervise sections, and ensure a quality dining experience.

Bartenders
Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages (wine, beer, spirits, refreshments); keep the bar area clean and organized.

Hostess / Hosts
Greet guests, assign tables, answer calls, and assist with service coordination.

Food & Beverage Receiving
Handle inventory control, receiving deliveries, and organizing products in storage.

Expediters
Coordinate orders at the pass, prepare garnishes, check presentation, and send plates to the service area.

Sports & Recreation

Golf Attendants
Clean and organize golf carts, assist players, monitor pace of play, and provide on-course support.

Golf Maintenance
Care for the golf course: mowing, irrigation, hole changing, and general maintenance.

Golf Pro Shop
Manage reservations, sell merchandise, and assist members in the shop.

Pool Attendants
Maintain the pool area, provide towels, and support guest comfort and safety.

Lifeguards
Supervise pool areas, prevent incidents, and provide assistance in emergencies.

Tennis Attendants
Support on tennis courts: reservations, class assistance, equipment upkeep, and player support.

Other Roles

Housekeepers
Clean guest rooms and common areas; maintain order and presentation throughout the facilities.

Spa Reception
